We only accept payments through bank cards, debit or credit. Monthly payments are always done 30 days in advance and are non-refundable.

The initial payment is deducted upon placing the order - if your pickup/delivery is not the same day however, we adjust your next payment date +30 days from the day you started, retroactively after riding away.

Should you lose or replace your bank card, you can edit/add a new one at any time under "my account" with the details you used to sign up.

If we are not able to deduct funds on your payment date the system will try for 8 consecutive days and remind you via email. If your card is expired or doesn't work follow these steps to solve failed payments.

  • If you received an email requesting to update your details, do so. It will take you to a checkout page where you purchase a subscription again. Enter your details, choose a pickup point (even though you don't pickup) and card details. The system will the automatically synch this to your other subscription.
  • If the above doesn't work, simply log in (you got details when you signed up) and edit/add a card.
  • If none of the above work. Sign up for a new subscription from web (not email) on the same tier as you had, and let support know immediately. We will then manually store your original start date and cancel the old subscription.

If we don't have a working card 20 days after your original payment date we start invoicing you with an admin fee of 30kr.
