To make sure your lock works and lasts, park your bike inside (especially fall and winter) and always make sure to close it's "lid" or weather will come in creating either ice or rust.

If your lock is not working properly, even the slightest, we want you to come directly to any of our stores so we can help you fix it or offer you a new one.
