If you in the unlikely event find yourself in the position that you think you have cancelled the subscription, but actually handed the bike back - please check the below first.
1. Send us the email receipt you received when you handed the bike back. If you don't have this on record, we will not either - and cannot see that your bike has been handed back.
2. Send us the date of when you booked a handback slot (this is a calendar invite). If you just drop your bike without booking a slot, another monthly deduction will be made.
3. If none of the above applies - get back to us 10 working days after you think bike was handed back. If we are lucky, said bike ID has shown up in inventory/service schemes by then.
The most common reason a subscription is not cancelled (whilst bike being back) is that there are outstanding (i.e. missed payments) or that a bike was handed back during the commitment period or that we did not get notice in advance that a bike is coming back.
