If you in the unlikely event find yourself in the position that you think you have cancelled the subscription, but actually handed the bike back - please check the below first. We absolutely do not want or benefit from deducting extra of our riders - if there is a glitch we'll sort it and find it!
1. Send us the email receipt you received when you handed the bike back. If you don't have this on record, we will not either - and cannot see that your bike has been handed back. If you can't find this you can retrieve one from hello@mioo.cc where we can see a timestamp and the subscription ID.
2. Double check there is no outstanding invoice. If there is one let us know it's paid and we'll help as soon as we can.
3. If none of the above applies - get back to us 10 working days after you think bike was handed back. If we are lucky, said bike ID has shown up in inventory/service schemes by then.
The most common reason a subscription is not cancelled (whilst bike being back) is that there are outstanding (i.e. missed payments) or that a bike was handed back during the commitment period or that we did not get notice in advance that a bike is coming back.
