With your Jonna bike, free service is always included.
There is no need to pre-book a service appointment. All you need to do is bring the actual bike and your subscription ID and we will help you with whatever it may be. We will most likely not repair your particular bicycle, but instead swap out the necessary part which should be a quick process.
We don't offer free service and parts for damages due to accidents, theft, vandalism and other third party causes. In these cases, you can either claim yourself through your insurance company - or alternatively use Jonnas deductible of 750kr which is applicable if you have supplied a police report to us.
If you don't happen to have a Jonna bike - we do offer bike service as well for all bikes.
