To cancel your subscription we want you to let us now 15 days in advance by booking a cancellation slot for when you are coming in. We need this heads up as we otherwise need to drive bikes to warehouses, and we are all about reducing driving ;)

Hand back your bike at least 48hrs before your next payment date.  Choose a slot for handing your bike back here.  

When you hand back your bike in the store you will enter our hand back form where you need to supply your subscription ID and your email, so we know what subscription to cancel. You will instantly get an email receipt that your bike is handed back. Make sure to see you have this receipt on your email before you leave the store, as it's both your and our receipt of bike handed back.

If you are unsure of your subscription ID and can't find your first email from us, you can also find these by logging into your Jonna account. In the store you will get a receipt via email that we now have your bike.

Within 48 working hrs you will get another a cancellation confirmation email from us once we have gone through your bike and checked there are no outstanding monthly payments. 

As a subscriber you may always purchase the bike you are using for a reduced rate, at which point your subscription will cancel instantly. To send a quote we need your bike ID, says on your bike.

  • Subscriptions with outstanding payments are not cancelled until payments are done, even if bike is handed back. If you hand back a bike with outstanding months on a committed plan (i.e. return during month 4 of a 6-month committed plan) the total subscription period will be handled as a flexible subscription with a startup/admin fee of 250kr.
  • If you have a friend handing back your bike, that is principally ok assuming they have your subscription ID and order email but risky business, We will not allow them to check in the bike if there are damages to the bike or missing parts,  as we want to take that with the renter directly to avoid misunderstandings.
